Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Opportunity Acceleration: Lead high-impact sales engagements and complex POVs from inception to completion, acting as the definitive technical objection resolution authority and challenging both internal teams and customers with transformative architectures.
•Thought Leadership & Executive Engagement: Lead technical and business transformation discussions with C-level executives, develop reference architectures and white papers, and represent Zscaler at healthcare industry events.
•Technical Enablement: Mentor Sales Engineers in the Healthcare Vertical and coordinate with Product Management to curate specialized training and workshops.
•Deep Organizational Impact: Lead internal Technical Advisory Teams to influence the product roadmap based on industry demands and customer requirements.
•Collaborate with Product Management to identify enablement improvements and trends in Healthcare market technology

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,875 - 221,250 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of enterprise cybersecurity selling experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture; 2+ years experience working within the partner ecosystem and channel
•Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of security, networking (routers/switches), authentication, wireless, SD-WAN, and Internet fundamentals
•Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives and manage executive-level relationships
•Proven ability to navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution
•Experience in healthcare cybersecurity or healthcare IT environments is a plus
