Job Summary

Collaborate with assigned oncology accounts to grow and support patient testing for Signatera oncology products. Build relationships with key personnel, ensure patients stay on prescribed test protocols, analyze testing KPIs, and educate medical professionals on tools to improve test order management, contributing to patient retention and unit growth within the existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain & support existing customers
•Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth
•Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the prescribed protocol
•Educate medical professionals on tools and resources to facilitate test order management
•Be a key team player within the sales organization and partner with internal stakeholders to achieve patient/provider outcomes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
•Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background
•Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to present to internal and external customers
•Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail
•Fluent in understanding data spreadsheets and technologies; ability to quickly learn software and reporting systems
