Job Summary

Design end-to-end, consumer-facing experiences across HelloTech for the HelloFresh end-to-end food journey, from discovery and personalization to shopping and subscription management. Lead UX work from concept through execution, using an AI-native workflow to accelerate insights and prototyping while maintaining a high craft bar across layout, motion, typography, and micro-interactions. Collaborate closely with product leads and engineering to translate research into decisions with real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead UX design from concept to execution, maintaining accountability for the full consumer experience across touchpoints.
•Use AI as an active part of the workflow to generate and synthesize user insights, accelerate discovery, build rapid prototypes, and strengthen design-to-code alignment.
•Raise the craft bar across the product, including layout, motion, typography, and micro-interactions, using animation and motion strategically.
•Identify and explore product opportunities via market research and user analysis, translating insights into design decisions.
•Collaborate with product leads, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and technical requirements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of experience in product design with a proven track record delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end.
•Fluency with AI tools in the design workflow for strategy, insight synthesis, discovery, rapid prototyping, and design-to-code development (e.g., Figma AI, Claude).
•Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a high craft bar across hierarchy, motion, micro-interactions, and animation.
•Strong agency and proactivity to push for the right solution and advocate for design decisions with cross-functional partners.
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions upward and across business functions.
