Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims for members, using a virtual-first workflow for inspections and estimating. Manage a caseload of moderately complex damages, coordinate with vendors and internal partners, and ensure compliance with state regulations. You’ll review coverage concerns and prior loss history, handle SIU referrals when appropriate, maintain precise claim documentation, and support catastrophe (CAT) operations as needed, including possible travel.
