Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and grow the IWPB business, achieving targets as outlined in the Strategic Plan/AOP.
  • •Direct branch operations with strict control of operations and costs while maintaining service standards.
  • •Continuously review and improve service, sales, and operations strategies, including portfolio acquisition quality.
  • •Grow the deposit base and work to reduce the branch cost-income ratio.
  • •Foster a compliance culture, manage compliance risk and training, and maintain internal control standards and regulator relations.
