Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support and operational monitoring for CTA air handling units from order receipt to commissioning and client reception.
  • •Work with the sales team to support business development and ensure correct operation of the proposed solutions.
  • •Coordinate technical topics with Operations and ensure smooth collaboration with Engineering and Production.
  • •Serve as a central interface for quality issues and efficient resolution of malfunctions, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • •Support technicians on CTA operation (onsite and remote) and help design and deliver internal theoretical and practical training.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bac+3/Bac+5 training in HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning/conditioning.
  • •Minimum 8 years of similar experience in ventilation equipment manufacturers or maintenance/commissioning companies.
  • •Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in aĆ©raulique and hydraulique, air handling units (CTA), and rooftop systems.
  • •Knowledge of basic HVAC system design and air distribution rules.
  • •Fluent English (oral and written) and comfort with IT tools; willing to travel short trips in France and Germany.
