Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead data readiness assessments for FDE engagements, including cataloging data assets, ownership, quality, accessibility, and AI suitability.
  • •Perform hands-on data integration and transformation work to prepare AI-ready datasets for proofs of value and production solutions.
  • •Design and configure data governance and compliance controls (access control, sensitive data handling, retention, auditability) aligned to regulatory and organizational needs.
  • •Define integration patterns and pipelines that deliver AI-ready data with security, risk, and privacy controls, and make PoV pipelines production-aware.
  • •Collaborate with AI Architects, AI Strategists, and customer stakeholders; document data flows and governance artifacts; coach customer data engineers and platform teams.

  • •4-8+ years in data engineering, analytics platforms, or AI data roles in large/complex organizations.
  • •Run data readiness assessments for analytics/AI, including cataloging data assets and evaluating quality, accessibility, and AI suitability.
  • •Hands-on ability to build data integrations and ETL/ELT processes, transforming raw data into AI-ready formats.
  • •Configure data governance and compliance controls for secure, compliant use of data, including sensitive data handling.
  • •Scale data pipelines from pilot to production while maintaining performance, reliability, and compliance; communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
