Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customers to understand IT pain points, focused on Oracle, system transformation, and enterprise modernization.
  • •Collaborate with the team on innovation topics including infrastructure mining, AI, cybersecurity, IT service management, and enterprise architecture.
  • •Contribute across the product development lifecycle from ideation to development and scaling across Celonis customers.
  • •Develop new solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform hands-on.
  • •Work with platform product managers and engineers to guide feature development and define user experience with the UX team.

Key Requirements

  • •6-9+ years of experience in solution engineering, implementation consulting, business analytics, product management, operations research, or comparable roles.
  • •Expert data analysis skills using SQL, PQL, and Python.
  • •Oracle ERP experience (EBS and/or Fusion) is required; SAP and other ERP systems are a plus.
  • •Experience supporting Oracle system transformation (Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion) is a strong plus.
  • •Strong project management, planning, communication, and customer collaboration skills.
