Manage demand and supply activities for medium/high spend technology and global services categories, optimizing total cost of ownership while mitigating supplier and enterprise risk. Partner with internal and executive stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business goals, lead cross-functional teams to develop RFIs/RFPs/contracts, and run high-complexity sourcing events using market data analysis and performance metrics. Own project pipelines and ensure delivery to agreed timelines.

•Perform market data analysis for negotiations and supplier selection; lead high-complexity sourcing events and deliver metrics/dashboards.

•Direct management experience of a sourcing/procurement team function with strategic development responsibilities in financial services or heavily regulated industries.
•Proficiency in negotiation, influencing, analytics, project/time management, and stakeholder communication.
