Key Responsibilities

•Support projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation, handling ambiguous problems with minimal prescriptions.
•Execute scrappy analyses on short timelines while also owning scalable solutions that drive long-term success.
•Project manage across stakeholders, including leading meetings and coordinating large Slack channels to drive toward a solution.
•Collaborate across Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other functions to understand the business top-to-bottom.
•Own detailed should-cost models end-to-end, build parametric cost models, and forecast product lifecycle costs to inform profitability and cost targets

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,000 - 102,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in manufacturing finance, engineering finance, or an engineering role
•Strong understanding of mathematics or model building
•Strong analytical aptitude with a numerical mindset
•Ability to quickly execute analyses in Excel
•Ability to quantify complex, often ambiguous problems
