Key Responsibilities

  • •Take operational problems from roughly defined to fully optimized, owning solution sequencing, adoption, and ongoing iterations.
  • •Design and document end-to-end operating procedures with owners, timings, and escalation paths that teams actually use.
  • •Define measurement and reporting, ensuring metrics are trustworthy and meaningfully reflect work quality and outcomes.
  • •Design and run quality checks with evidence discipline, confirming work was accurate and on time with proof attached.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (credentialing, revenue cycle, product, practice success, HR, compliance) and translate operational needs into Product requirements, then verify fixes before handoff and sustainment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years running operations in a complex, regulated environment, preferably healthcare and ideally multi-state (behavioral/mental health or healthcare tech is a plus).
  • •Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and build the fix, including SOPs, workflow ownership, and SLAs that you set and held the team to.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work with operational data, define metrics, validate numbers, and identify root causes.
  • •Proven ability to influence without authority and drive process adoption with teams that don’t report to you.
  • •Strongly preferred familiarity with provider credentialing or payer enrollment, including tools/portals such as CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and payer/state Medicaid/commercial portals.
