Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a holistic growth strategy for OKX Web3 ecosystem, covering user growth, retention, and engagement.
•Lead user operations, applying internet growth methodologies (user segmentation, lifecycle management, campaign operations, channel distribution, etc.) to drive user scale and activity.
•Identify emerging Web3 narratives and industry trends with speed and precision, crafting content strategies and go-to-market plays to capture user mindshare.
•Drive ToB ecosystem partnerships — lead commercial negotiations with projects, protocols, and communities to establish deep collaborations.
•Plan and execute global online and offline events and campaigns to drive brand awareness and user scale globally.
