Job Summary

Gather and translate front-office trading requirements into Murex Front Office configuration and solution design. Partner with traders, desk heads, and quants to document and analyze current workflows, then implement deal capture, pricing, market data, and trading workflow processes across multiple asset classes. Create BRDs, FSDs, and functional specs, support pricing/valuation configuration, and coordinate UAT and go-live for front-office rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage front-office stakeholders (traders, desk heads, quants) to gather and document trading requirements.
•Analyze current trading workflows and define target-state processes within Murex Front Office modules.
•Configure and validate Murex Front Office setup for deal capture, pricing, market data, trading workflows, and static data across asset classes.
•Write functional specifications and business requirement documents (BRDs) plus functional design documents (FSDs) for developers and configuration teams.
•Coordinate UAT planning/execution and support go-live, hypercare, and rollout activities for Front Office changes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years as a Business Analyst on Murex implementation, upgrade, or support projects with a front office focus.
•Strong functional knowledge of Murex Front Office modules including deal capture, pricing, trading workflows, and Simulation.
•Deep understanding of capital markets products such as FX, interest rate derivatives, fixed income, money markets, and/or credit.
•Experience running requirement-gathering workshops directly with trading desks.
•Ability to write clear BRDs and FSDs and define functional test scenarios.
