Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned and retail channels.
•Manage the annual trading calendar, campaign roadmap, and go-to-market plans for key launches and commercial moments.
•Localise global campaigns and toolkits into locally relevant ANZ executions, partnering with creative teams and external agencies.
•Lead Gift With Purchase and promotional marketing programs, including optimisation of the annual promotional calendar.
•Run Local Area Marketing (LAM) and network marketing initiatives across the retail network, including workflows, readiness coordination, and post-campaign reviews with KPI measurement.
