Build and maintain data solutions within the Analytics Centre of Excellence (GBS Analytics COE) to power analytical products used for actionable insights. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements, deliver high-quality results with cross-functional teams, and participate in code reviews. Support modern data architecture, shared ingestion/processing frameworks, and DevOps capabilities for deploying data solutions, while focusing on data quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the design, delivery, and maintenance of data solutions that supply correct data for analytical development.
•Gather data requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Tableau developers, analysts, business users) to deliver high-quality results.
•Work with peer data engineers, participating in code reviews and team-based delivery.
•Support development and operation of modern data architecture approaches, including end-to-end data solutions.
•Extend ingestion/processing/integration frameworks and DevOps capabilities to enable deployment of data solutions, with data quality as a focus.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
•1–3 years of experience in data engineering (or closely related), with recent graduates with strong project work considered.
•Beginner exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with willingness to deepen cloud and DevOps skills.
•Foundational SQL proficiency; familiarity with dbt or Snowflake is a plus.
•Beginner to intermediate Python for pipeline code, with JavaScript and R a plus; experience building APIs and GraphQL familiarity are desirable.
