Job Summary

Support Maintenance On-Line (MOL) product and process needs for EMS and suppliers, helping ensure continuity of supply for current shipping products like Tetra and A&E. Key Responsibilities

•Provide MOL product and process support to EMS and suppliers for current shipping products such as Tetra and A&E.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D PMO, Procurement, Supply Planning) to drive and ensure products continuity of supply (COS).
•Lead and manage end-to-end technical solutions from conception to launch under MOL/Refresh/COS/Major PCN redesign, including corporate initiatives or crisis mitigation.
•Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality (yield), and delivery (revenues and capacity) using Six Sigma analytical and statistical tools.
•Support manufacturing by assisting EMS partners with process fixture and jig designs, and manage Agile PLM/MFG change orders across the EMS supply chain.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
•Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Supply Chain Manufacturing or Testing or R&D.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with hands-on knowledge of LMR products/processes (e.g., RF or 2-way device).
•Experience using statistical software/tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Numiqo) or a Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
•Excellent communication and the ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams, with willingness to travel or work onsite at EMS plants.
