Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent AECOM toward the customer and ensure effective communication and relationship management.
  • •Translate customer requirements into execution by the engineering team and oversee effective implementation.
  • •Coordinate customer meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration (e.g., project meetings and interface controls) to ensure an integrated approach.
  • •Own follow-up and reporting of assignment progress and results, including handling and communicating scope changes and documenting them correctly.
  • •Negotiate with the customer regarding changes to scope, budget, and timelines, and support bid work and business development including upselling.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience in assignment/project execution or engineering management within infrastructure, such as road and rail projects.
  • •Very strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
  • •Experience preparing tender documents for design-build contracts under AB04.
  • •Experience producing construction documents under AB04/ABT06 contract terms.
  • •Good understanding and experience working with ABK09.
