•Manage all sales transactions on cash tills and the system with high accuracy and efficiency.
•Handle opening and closing of tills.
•Manage petty cash for the boutique.
•Handle client enquiries and concerns regarding payment.
•Process and file documentation relating to responsibilities, and communicate sales/cash control issues with the line and/or store manager.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service and cashiering, preferably in high-end fashion, luxury, or hospitality.
•Independent and highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
•Team player who can reach shared goals and go the extra mile.
•Fluent English and/or another language (Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
