Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR policy guidance and support employee questions and workplace concerns for employees and leaders.
  • •Conduct employee relations intake meetings and support investigations, documentation, fact-finding, and case management.
  • •Handle workforce transactions including attendance administration, reporting, audits, and processing change of status, transfers, shift changes, and organizational updates.
  • •Create and maintain job descriptions, position information, and organizational data; ensure employee and position data accuracy in HR systems.
  • •Support offboarding, exit interviews, employee engagement, recognition, culture-building initiatives, and administer the Arizona Bereavement Program.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or a related field is desired.
  • •0-3 years' experience in HR as an HR Coordinator, administrative support professional, or related role; or a Master's degree in HR (or applicable field).
  • •Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills focused on employee data accuracy and integrity.
  • •Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and deliver customer-focused support in a fast-paced environment.
