Turnkey Developer -Philadelphia

Develop and support turnkey HVAC contracting projects by creating detailed scope and cost estimates for competitive bidding. You’ll assemble project data, perform equipment take-off and pricing, analyze plans/specs for constructability issues, and review bid documents and subcontractor proposals. Partner with internal account teams and contractors through pre-bid meetings, cost-saving and risk identification, and proposal support, while providing key technical assistance during strategic job acquisition.
