Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Own daily retail operations, including opening/closing routines, cash handling, POS management, inventory control, pricing and markdown execution, and store cleanliness.
  • •Lead team performance across sales, customer service, and product engagement while maintaining strong operational execution and accountability.
  • •Recruit, staff, and plan for consistent store coverage, anticipating seasonal needs and supporting retention-focused team culture.
  • •Coordinate daily task prioritization and ensure adherence to Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements
