Retail Mortgage Loan Originator

Responsible for driving sales and marketing of Truist mortgage loan products in line with bank policies and procedures. Develops and executes mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals, provides mortgage clients advice based on their needs and Truist product benefits, and maintains knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies, and secondary market guidelines. Manages referrals to other bank solutions and supports mortgage loan fulfillment with required document follow-up.
