Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute the product development plan and oversee the overall product line.
  • •Initiate proposals to onboard new funds or fund houses to develop new products/solutions end-to-end.
  • •Develop proposition strategy including pricing, retention, service, communication, and product management.
  • •Ensure existing and upcoming products remain competitive versus rival banks and meet client needs.
  • •Maintain key leadership/practitioner presence for the fund business.

Key Requirements

  • •A university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance or related disciplines.
  • •Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in retail and wealth business; less experienced candidates may be considered for an Assistant Manager role.
  • •Experience and knowledge of retail product and services, with hands-on track record in business/sales on fund or investment products.
  • •Ability to develop business, process and governance frameworks for new products and services while fulfilling regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • •Good understanding of banking systems and platforms, plus strategic thinking, analytical/communication skills, and people management skills.
