  • •Start in the Market Operations Customer Advocate role while creating memorable customer experiences on the driveway or at car vending machines.
  • •Learn Carvana’s systems that move a car from click to customer, using AI and product workflows.
  • •Drive a signature car hauler and help deliver a curated customer experience.
  • •Gain hands-on experience across the operation, from the detail bay to the driveway, and apply coursework every six months to earn certifications in different operational areas.
