Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and ensure stockroom standards and processes support a safe, efficient environment.
  • •Use metrics and reporting to support business-driving strategies and resolve guest/client needs quickly and effectively.
