Lead Test Technician

Lead on-site testing for new power tool product development, partnering with engineers to plan, set up, and execute tests. Analyze and interpret test data to identify issues, recommend solutions, and lead troubleshooting and corrective actions. Help develop and validate new testing methods, mentor technicians, and support reliability teams by creating and maintaining test procedures. Ensure lab processes, equipment use, and documentation meet safety and quality standards.
