Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to private clients, managing the full client relationship through a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and deliver or refer investment and insurance solutions for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Build a referral pipeline using prospecting and centers of influence, partner with branch teams, support branch transactions, and ensure compliance with risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver client solutions by assessing financial wellness needs, gathering and documenting client data, and providing or referring investment and insurance products.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying internal/external centers of influence, prospecting, documenting calling efforts, and driving activity and outcomes.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and related banking products as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations by assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.52 - 37.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience).
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions to help clients.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients.
