Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional leadership and set quality standards for requirements, prototypes, and documentation across the FDPM pod.
  • •Act as the primary escalation point across FDPMs, Technical Account Managers, implementation engineering, and core product leads to unblock complex requirements.
  • •Build and maintain a shared operational playbook and convert recurring deployment patterns into structured feedback for the core product roadmap.
  • •Coordinate pod capacity and workload across active deployments; flag gaps to the Director of Product and step into client deployments when stakes are high.
  • •Surface pod-wide progress, metrics, and operational blockers to product and delivery leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong product mindset with hands-on execution; leads through influence and example rather than formal authority.
  • •Experience as a Forward Deployed PM, Solutions Consultant, Implementation Lead, or Technical Services Lead in SaaS, AI, or startup environments.
  • •Systems and pattern thinking: identify recurring trends across client contexts and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • •Hands-on with modern AI tools, workflow design, prompting, and rapid prototyping; able to critically review others’ technical output.
  • •Proven track record leading initiatives or workstreams in fast-paced, client-facing settings (direct people management not required).
