Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product, Analytics, and Engineering to build scalable systems and unlock value from backend databases, event streams, and marketing platforms.
  • •Lead data architecture and technical vision across short- and long-term horizons.
  • •Standardize company-wide metrics and align reporting through trusted, consistent data access.
  • •Manage the complete data stack from ingestion through data consumption and enable external use cases like customer dashboards and self-serve analytics.
  • •Define and promote data quality and data security best practices, working with DevOps to deploy and maintain solutions on cloud technologies (preferably AWS).

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • •7+ years in data or analytics engineering.
  • •Expertise in SQL and data modeling, including relational/dimensional/semantic modeling and enterprise dimensional modeling.
  • •Experience designing and maintaining data warehouses, specifically Snowflake, plus dbt for modular transformations.
  • •Hands-on with orchestration/ingestion tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Airbyte, Fivetran, Kafka) and cloud data infrastructure on AWS (e.g., S3, RDS, Redshift).
