Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and report to assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director with frequent interaction with owners/clients, consultants, design professionals, and contractors.
  • •Assist the Project Manager(s) in managing, coordinating, and administering projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • •Prepare documents including reports, schedules, invoices, RFI’s, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, inspections, closeout, and client presentations.
  • •Coordinate project team meetings as directed by the Project Manager(s) and maintain project documentation before, during, and after construction.
  • •Manage external design consultants through the design and construction process, communicate design standards, review design RFPs, and handle multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in construction project coordination (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
  • •Experience working in project management on large-scale construction programs.
  • •Experience in design/architecture/civil works.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite, plus strong client-facing presentation skills.
