Job Summary

Lead global brand management for BEUMER Group and drive the strategic partnership with FC Schalke 04 from 2026/27. Ensure a consistent, strong brand presence across business units and locations, connect corporate branding and campaigns with the Beckum marketing team, and oversee partnership activation and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the marketing team at Beckum and drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
•Steer the development and global rollout of the brand identity and design standards across all business units and regions.
•Oversee the creation and maintenance of digital brand books, corporate design manuals, and group-wide templates (Word/PowerPoint).
•Provide guidance to management, departments and international teams on brand-related questions and ensure consistent brand execution.
•Take overall responsibility for planning, managing and executing the BEUMER Group x FC Schalke 04 partnership, including events, activations, and KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

•Completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media Management, Business Administration or a related field.
•Several years of international B2B marketing, corporate branding or partner management experience.
•Experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
•Excellent knowledge of Brand Management and Corporate Design.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and marketing automation; experience with AI tools in marketing; fluent German and English; willingness to weekend work at match days and to be on-site at Schalke.
