Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and animation of Agile practices within the squad.
  • •Enable autonomy, collaboration, and collective performance by removing obstacles and ensuring proper execution of Scrum rituals.
  • •Coordinate squad technical activities from qualification of needs to implementation and solution deployment.
  • •Track deliveries, incidents, and evolutions in coordination with users, partners, and suppliers.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and RUN/Build-to-Run activities to ensure service quality and value.
  • •Qualify needs and pilot solution implementation.
  • •Coordinate technical activities and ensure delivery quality.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 in computer science, ideally specializing in infrastructures, networks, and security.
  • •Experience with Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and project management in V-cycle or Agile mode.
  • •Solid knowledge of ITIL processes, ITSM tools, and Build-to-Run transition activities plus change management.
  • •Mastery of automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible (knowledge of the Thales environment is an asset).
  • •Team spirit, rigor, autonomy, service mindset, synthesis skills, and fluent English (oral and written).
