Key Responsibilities

•Own the revenue growth strategy for Burson Hong Kong with accountability for new business, organic growth, and profitability.
•Lead, coach and develop the Hong Kong leadership team to build a high-performance culture and strong talent pipeline.
•Serve as a senior advisor to key clients, maintaining senior-level relationships and delivering strategic counsel.
•Oversee market profile, reputation, and external positioning to solidify Burson as a market leader in Hong Kong.
•Own financial health for the Hong Kong market, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and cost management.

Key Requirements

•Senior leadership with 25+ years of experience in communications, advisory, professional services, agency or comparable client-facing environments.
•Proven P&L leadership with a track record of profitable growth including revenue, margin, forecasting and cost management.
•Demonstrated success leading integration, transformation or organizational change.
•Deep understanding of the Hong Kong market and client landscape with strong commercial acumen.
•Trusted senior client counsel with the ability to influence at board and C-suite level.
