Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with key stakeholders to capture and forecast team space demands, and collaborate side-by-side with Industrial Engineers (IEs) on proposed space layouts.
  • •Evaluate incoming space requests and prioritize high-impact needs; critically challenge and validate requests against utilization metrics rather than simply executing them.
  • •Build capacity models, evaluate production/laboratory constraints, and develop future-state growth scenarios to support manufacturing ramp and R&D pipeline growth.
  • •Create facility master plans, block plans, and equipment layouts/test fits for warehouse, lab, and production spaces using AutoCAD and other planning tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, supply chain or production environment.
  • •Proficiency in CAD software, ArcGIS, Archibus, Power BI, JIRA and/or similar space planning software.
  • •Experience with lean, six sigma, and other related production principles.
  • •Strong understanding of spatial layout principles, workflow optimization, and infrastructure coordination.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
