Key Responsibilities

  • •Support telecommunications engineering activities for a major EPCM refinery project, ensuring technical excellence, quality compliance, and delivery across the lifecycle.
  • •Design and develop telecom engineering deliverables including standards/specifications, system block diagrams, layout drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
  • •Prepare telecom designs across systems such as PA/GA, telephone, talk-back, WAN/LAN, CCTV, radio communications, access control, and VoIP.
  • •Review/approve telecom drawings and documents for technical accuracy, quality, and compliance; resolve telecom technical issues.
  • •Prepare material requisitions, specifications, bid evaluations, and vendor document reviews; coordinate with suppliers/vendors and support FAT/SAT, construction support, commissioning, and startup.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant telecommunication engineering experience in major EPCM, oil & gas/ refinery/ petrochemical/ chemical environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of international engineering codes, standards, and best practices for telecommunications systems.
  • •Extensive experience designing telecom systems including PA/GA, telephone, talk-back, WAN/LAN, CCTV, radio communications, VoIP, and access control.
  • •Experience preparing engineering calculations, specifications, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and vendor document reviews; support FAT/SAT and commissioning activities.
