Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor the Treasury COE team, overseeing end-to-end bank reconciliations, bank administration, and treasury operations.
  • •Develop and execute the Treasury COE strategic roadmap, including standardizing global SOPs and improving operational efficiency, scalability, and controls.
  • •Govern daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations globally to eliminate aged un-reconciled items using robust match-rule logic and automated workflows.
  • •Manage the bank account lifecycle including KYC/AML compliance, mandate management, authorized signatory updates, and banking platform access with SOD and security protocols.
  • •Drive cash forecasting, liquidity optimization, FX operational risk mitigation, and digital transformation using TMS/ERP/SWIFT and automated statement processing; ensure SOX and audit compliance with CAPA closure.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or graduate/post-graduate degree in Finance from a top-tier institute; treasury certifications such as CTP or AMCT are a plus.
  • •12 to 15 years post-qualification experience focused on Treasury Operations, Bank Reconciliations, and Bank Account Administration in a global shared services or complex multinational environment.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing medium-to-large teams (15+ members) and global stakeholders across time zones.
  • •Deep expertise in bank reconciliation workflows, cash clearing, sub-ledger matching, and bank administration procedures.
  • •Strong understanding of internal controls, Segregation of Duties (SOD), and SOX framework; hands-on reconciliation tools/modules (e.g., ADRA) and TMS tools.
