Job Summary

Lead implementation of a new Target Operating Model for a major banking transformation, transitioning work from design into operational delivery. You’ll own implementation planning, business readiness, deployment, go-live, and hypercare, while embedding sustainable change across the organisation. Partner with programme leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks/issues/dependencies, and drive adoption of new processes through to successful handover into business-as-usual operations.

•Identify, manage, and mitigate implementation risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
