Job Summary

Define and design advanced AI/ML solutions for enterprise use, including agentic AI systems, within a collaborative innovation team. Own architecture for LLM- and agent-based systems using modern patterns such as microservices, event-driven design, and APIs. Build with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel), strong Python AI/ML skills, and cloud AI/MLOps services. Translate business requirements into scalable, robust technical solutions and provide technical leadership and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the definition and design of advanced AI/ML solutions, including agentic AI systems.
•Design system architectures for LLM-based and/or agentic AI solutions in an enterprise context.
•Apply architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven design, and APIs to AI solutions.
•Use model orchestration frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel or similar).
•Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and establish best practices while translating business needs into scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, AI, Mathematics or a similar field (preferred).
•Proven experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in an enterprise context.
•Experience defining architectures for LLM-based and/or agentic AI systems.
•Knowledge of architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, APIs) applied to AI solutions.
•Solid Python knowledge and AI/ML development ecosystem; experience with cloud platforms and MLOps (Azure, AWS or GCP).
