Job Summary

Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles such as Account Executives, Enterprise Account Managers, and Business Development Representatives. Partner with GTM hiring managers to understand business goals, team needs, and hiring requirements, then build diverse pipelines by sourcing passive commercial talent. Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience and maintain accurate ATS data in Greenhouse to support reporting and collaboration while helping drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Account Executives, Enterprise Account Managers, and Business Development Representatives.
•Partner with GTM hiring managers to understand business objectives, team dynamics, and specific hiring needs.
•Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, specialized networks, and creative outbound strategies.
•Provide a high-touch, transparent, and inclusive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
•Maintain strong ATS hygiene in Greenhouse to ensure accurate reporting and smooth collaboration.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years focused on GTM/commercial roles (Sales, Account Management, Customer Success) in a high-growth SaaS, tech, or marketplace company.
•Proven ability to identify and engage passive, top-tier sales and commercial talent.
•Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing data-backed recommendations while managing expectations.
•Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse); Juicebox or Gem is a plus.
•Demonstrated growth mindset and hands-on AI-powered recruiting expertise.
