Job Summary

Lead quarterly and ad-hoc enterprise risk metric gathering for executive and Board-level reporting within the Enterprise Risk Management organization. Build and maintain risk dashboards, KRIs, and escalation protocols, aligning reporting to ERM rating criteria across likelihood, impact, and treatment. Facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments and workshops, drive material risk escalation, improve governance and reporting processes, and manage teams that support ERM framework updates and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead execution of quarterly and ad-hoc enterprise risk metric gathering for executive and Risk Committee reporting.
•Build and maintain risk dashboards, KRIs, and incident escalation protocols for cross-functional visibility.
•Align reporting practices with enterprise risk rating criteria to support consistent comparisons of likelihood, impact, and treatment strategies.
•Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and facilitate workshops to identify high-priority threats.
•Manage teams and drive process improvements in risk evaluation and reporting through automation or workflow redesign.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,400 - 213,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
•At least 8-12 years of professional experience in enterprise risk management, governance, or related roles.
•Proven experience managing teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
•Strong understanding of enterprise-level reporting for senior leadership and Board audiences.
•Certification in risk management and/or project management is highly desirable.
