Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and ship new gateway and CDN features such as plugin-driven routing, smart cache policies, and dynamic purge APIs.
  • •Build security-as-code libraries and pipelines for rate limits, WAF/filter rules, and bot detection embedded in the edge stack.
  • •Create CLI/plugins and lightweight frameworks so other teams can register APIs, enforce policies, and preview traffic insights quickly.
  • •Improve reliability by analyzing metrics, identifying latency or failover gaps, and delivering code-level optimizations.
  • •Partner with product, platform, and security teams to translate requirements into clean, maintainable end-to-end features.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of back-end development experience building large-scale, high-throughput services.
  • •Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, Go, Python (or similar), with strong software design and system-thinking skills.
  • •Experience designing and operating distributed, low-latency systems (e.g., API gateway, cache) and/or security-focused development (preferred).
  • •Ability to collaborate across product, platform, and security teams and clearly explain complex ideas.
