Key Responsibilities

  • •Run discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps to surface, qualify, and prioritize high-value Industry AI opportunities.
  • •Translate business challenges into implementable Industry AI use cases, including data requirements, agent architecture, KPIs, and quantified value metrics.
  • •Drive end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment by defining requirements, building prototypes/acceptance criteria, partnering with engineering, and validating outcomes.
  • •Deliver value rapidly using iterative approaches to move measurable customer value into production within weeks.
  • •Build and scale an Industry AI portfolio of reusable assets and accelerators, while representing SAP’s vision in executive and industry forums and mentoring colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of deep industry expertise in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries, including leading enterprise-level transformations.
  • •Proven ability to define and scale agentic AI solutions focused on data readiness, process fit, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Track record of product definition and delivery or leading complex customer transformations at senior stakeholder levels.
  • •Strong thought leadership credentials, demonstrated via published points of view, conference speaking, or advisory influence.
  • •Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP’s AI/data platform landscape (e.g., SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, Industry Cloud).
