•AI Discovery & Solutioning: Understand client AI strategies and supply chain challenges to translate them into AI solutions with measurable impact.
•Pre- and Post-Sales Execution: Drive the full customer lifecycle, lead technical discovery and capability demonstrations during expansion/pre-sales, and guide implementation post-sale for value realization.
•Hackathons & Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes in client hackathons addressing inventory, shelf-availability, and DSD execution.
•Agentic Process Transformation: Enable ROI from AI at scale, shifting from rule-based automation to autonomous AI agents in PI platform.
•Proof Projects: End-to-end execution of Proof-of-Value projects, architect and deliver secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with ERP/TMS/WMS integration.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in complex Supply Chain, CPG/FMCG, or Food & Beverage environments, including AI roadmaps, ROI/TCO business cases, and guiding implementations to value realization.
•Deep understanding of supply chain processes native to high-volume consumer goods (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, S&OP, DSD, Trade Promotion Optimization).
•Expertise in generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning) for high-impact use cases.
•Solid knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering tools for large datasets.
•Strong presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders (supply chain executives, logistics directors, IT leaders).
