Sales Support Representative-Residential Builder

Support customers and sales associates by helping determine the right products and solutions, generating timely quotations, and ensuring accurate sales orders. Coordinate customer deliveries, respond to sales calls with problem resolution, and use a CRM and phone system effectively. This role also includes upselling where appropriate while working in a fast-paced showroom environment with on-site schedule coverage.
