Key Responsibilities

•Act as a subject matter expert and consultant to employees, candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR, and key stakeholders.
•Design and implement mobility processes in coordination with global stakeholders, accounting for country, regional, and global requirements.
•Partner with the Performance & Incentives team to provide data-driven insights to enhance mobility policies and programs.
•Collaborate with cross-regional counterparts to align on processes and achieve results.
•Manage mobility vendors and oversee immigration, relocation, tax, and destination services to ensure optimized processes and adherence to standards.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in mobility, HR processes, onboarding, and offboarding.
•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Strong ability to handle challenging tasks with a responsible, positive work attitude.
•Background in HR tech platforms with an AI-driven, automation-first mindset.
•Experience with onboarding workflows and understanding compensation and global/mobility tax implications, including cost calculations.
