Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute GWO processes across payroll, PeopleSoft, and other HR systems with a focus on data integrity.
  • •Provide advice and standard report support to field HR, managers, and stakeholders.
  • •Handle non-standard report requests through the service delivery platform and improve productivity and compliance via process improvements.
  • •Support employee inquiry resolution, including preparing data/documentation for HR system changes and executing Oracle HR data transactions.
  • •Document HRIS and master database process flows and updates, and support internal audit work with applicable Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or post-graduate degree with specialization in HR.
  • •3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably from HR shared services background.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to bridge stakeholder needs to systems development.
  • •Ability to handle diverse, confidential information with extreme accuracy, judgment, and discretion.
  • •Strong analytical skills and proven ability to organize and analyze data.
