Build and foster trusted relationships with consumer and business clients through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person/virtual interactions. Assess clients’ banking needs, gather and process information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products, including digital and self-service options. Provide an optimal client experience, open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while partnering with branch teams to deliver operational accuracy and excellence.
