Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture and document MES requirements with the MES Product Owner and site stakeholders, translating operational needs into technical specifications.
  • •Apply MES standards across sites and feed back on implementation challenges to improve standards and processes.
  • •Support deployment activities for MES solutions, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, collaborating with IS/IT and embedded support.
  • •Assist with validation and testing activities such as user stories/test cases, user acceptance, and defect reporting and documentation.
  • •Provide ongoing technical support to super users and functional teams, support incident management, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in manufacturing systems, MES, or industrial IT.
