Job Summary

Oversee 2nd-shift production at the Chick-N-Quick plant, ensuring safe operations while maintaining high production, quality, and yield. You will monitor daily production orders, staff and readiness of the line, and confirm workstations pass USDA inspection. Lead training and human-relations activities, manage inventory rotation and product coding, keep records for reworked/returned product, and coordinate with other supervisors to solve processing problems.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain high production, quality, yields, and a safest-working environment while controlling the production process and staffing.
•Check daily production orders for customer fulfillment and ensure all positions are filled before line start-up.
•Oversee team member exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics, and ensure machinery performance to standards.
•Ensure workstations pass USDA inspection and manage accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and product coding.
•Perform supervisory human-relations functions including training and retaining, counsel on issues, oversee processing operations, and keep records for reworked/returned product.
