Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage customer due diligence requests, including security questionnaires, RFPs, and vendor assessments.
  • •Serve as the central internal point of contact for incoming customer compliance and security queries.
  • •Develop deep product knowledge to provide accurate, consistent, high-quality technical responses.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to gather, validate, and update compliance information.
  • •Support ISO and SOC 2 audit activities, including evidence collection, documentation maintenance, remediation tracking, and process improvements.
